Our shore excursion today was a coach ride to admire Montevideo\u2019s landmarks: Independence Square, the parks and gardens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-245 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/fonh.com\/sacruise\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Buildings-of-MV-300x167.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fonh.com\/sacruise\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Buildings-of-MV-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/fonh.com\/sacruise\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Buildings-of-MV-768x428.png 768w, https:\/\/fonh.com\/sacruise\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Buildings-of-MV.png 986w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then we were taken to the Carnival Museum and a Murga performance, which was spectacular! Mom even got involved when one of their songs was about being free to complain.\u00a0 They came out into the audience and asked people if anyone had something to complain about\u2026after a couple of people spoke, mom got the attention of the leader and she stood and complained about Apple\u2019s iPhone!
